“ Nice little place in the Flamingo Hotel and Casino. I had the Mexican omelet and my wife had the French toast. Food and service were both very good. Our waiter even reminded me to use my Caesars Reward Card for points. Good prices for the Strip. ”

“ HAVE YOUR WEDDING RECEPTION HERE!!! We had our reception at Carlos 'n Charlies and it was absolutely perfect! They provided the entire lower deck of the patio for our party of 60 people. The staff set up a beautiful sweetheart table, wedding party table, guest tables, cake table, a dancing area in the middle of the patio, as well as a DJ. We went with the fajita buffet and it was the perfect meal for our guests! The buffet was overflowing, perfectly prepared, tasted delicious and all the guests loved it! The waiting staff was INCREDIBLE, seriously 10/10. They took extra care to make sure the bride and I had everything we could possibly need on our wedding day. There was never a single moment where guest were waiting for drinks. We received so many compliments from guests about the service all night. We would recommend ANYONE to have their wedding reception at Carlos 'N Charlies! ”

The bartenders were attentive and friendly, setting a great tone for the visit. They offer a solid 2-for-1 selection of beers and margaritas, making it a fantastic happy hour spot. I ordered the Carnitas Bowl, and I highly recommend it. The ingredients were fresh, the portion was generous, and it was packed with flavor. Pro tip: ask for their hot sauce—it’s not automatically offered, but it’s a must-have if you like heat. The noise level was medium, perfect for keeping the energy up while still being able to hold a conversation—ideal for solo diners or groups alike. The restaurant accepts both cash and credit cards, which adds convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available through the Flamingo Casino network and offered great bandwidth during my visit. There’s an outdoor patio area that looked really cool and inviting, with views of the Flamingo gardens, although I didn’t get a chance to sit there this time. This place is far from a typical gimmicky casino eatery. Whether you’re by yourself or with family, it’s a great stop. Don’t let the casino setting fool you—Carlos’n Charlie’s is a must-visit if you’re staying at the Flamingo or anywhere nearby on the Strip ”

We were able to book a space for 25 guests with a very small deposit, which made the planning process so easy. The atmosphere was vibrant and perfect for our celebration. Each guest paid for their own meals, and everyone was thrilled with the menu options. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding—our servers were attentive and friendly, making the evening even more enjoyable. As a lovely surprise, the restaurant treated us to complimentary champagne, which added a special touch to our celebration. They even held our wedding cake in the freezer until it was time to serve it, which was a huge help and made everything go smoothly. The prices were what we expected for Las Vegas, but the quality and experience were well worth it. Overall, our guests loved the atmosphere and the food, making it a beautiful evening to remember. I highly recommend Carlos 'n Charlie's for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in Vegas! ”
“ Happy hour here is a MUST when looking for a quick bite to eat. The 2 for 1 margaritas will get any Vegas night started off right with a BANG! Our waitress provided great service and was very attentive. Our food was excellent as well. Highly recommend the enchiladas and especially the taco bowl! But above everything else, the happy hour here is really one of the must dos in Vegas. I would highly recommend! ”
